Bauhaus chest of drawers tube frame 1950s

A very beautiful and rare Bauhaus chest of drawers / wall table / chest of drawers from the 50s. A picture to see this design cabinet.
Beautiful tubular frame that keeps the whole cabinet together and 2 drawers that are made with finger-jointed connections. The frame is in beautiful vintage condition for its age. The wood once had a bit of woodworm but hardly visible (especially on the back and intermediate board). Of course, the age of this cabinet has traces of use. After all, this mid-century beauty is already 70 years old!

Een bijzonder mooi en zeldzame Bauhaus commode / wandtafel / kastje uit de jaren 50. Een plaatje om te zien deze design kast.
Mooie buisframe die de hele kast bij elkaar houdt en 2 laden die met vingerlas verbindingen zijn gemaakt. Het frame is in mooie vintage conditie voor z’n leeftijd. Het hout heeft ooit een beetje houtworm gehad maar bijna niet zichtbaar (vooral op de achterkant en tussenplank). Natuurlijk behoren bij de leeftijd van deze kast sporen van gebruik. Deze mid-century beauty is tenslotte al 70 jaar oud!
